  • A good aim behind every step
    Many individuals and companies know the importance of goals. In Erooba, we do not just believe in the power of goals, but we also believe in the power of good goals. Behind every step we take, there should be an objective that assures the welfare and contentment of all parties concerned.
  • Put the human first, to the best of your capabilities
    Before we ever became programmers, designers, marketers, or business people, we were always simply human beings. It is not hard for us to put ourselves in other people's shoes, if we try sincerely enough. After a good aim, we put the human before anything else. So our clients and their problems become our first priority thereafter. Also, our staff members become more like a family than a team. In Erooba, we believe that if we put the human first, everything else will follow, including huge profits.
  • Be the best in your thing
    Yes, we know how it is like sometimes: you have just mastered your favorite two programs or programming languages or skills, and got a decent job, and the next day you see a job advertisement with a much higher salary requiring a professional with a couple of different languages or skills, or even worse, requiring a professional with 10 different languages and skills. And because of the prevalent job insecurity, you are even more convinced that you should be a jack-of-all-trades. However, rest assured that in Erooba, each of us strives to be the best in his or her thing, to specialize. And if you will join us, we want you, too, to specialize.
  • Be unique and different genuinely, not superficially
    Although our modern world is bombarding us continuously with misleading invitations to be "special" or be "ourselves" by making superficial changes to our bodies or outfits, we understand that this is not the way to be truly unique. To demonstrate our point, if we were to copy a product from another company, then tattoo its back with a heart and wrap it with shiny paper full of hip holes, would that make our copy any better than the original product produced by the other company? Probably not. This is why in Erooba, we strive to be genuinely different and unique, not superficially.
  • Express to impress, not dress to impress
    We sometimes dress to impress specific clients or give a certain image of class. However, among ourselves, we are not impressed with formal outfits, but with original and effective expressions and products. And before we attempt to give a good first impression with a slick outfit, we strive to give an unforgettable impression with an outstanding product or service. In Erooba, you don't have to show up for your interview or come to work in a suit, but that doesn't mean that you can look like a bum and get away with it! Moderation is key.
  • Your qualifications are your capabilities and skills, not your history
    For some reason, the word "qualification" today became synonymous with academic education, and not just in medicine and some engineering fields, but everything else. In Erooba, we never undermine the value or significance of academic education, but, at the same time, we do not judge one's qualification to do a job based on their history or academic education alone, but on what they can actually do today. So if you can do it, and we need it, then we want you, regardless to where and how you studied it, your age, gender, or location. However, be ready to prove all your claims; we want to see proof now.
