Required: Love for sales, excitement at closing deals and securing commissions, selling skills, sales knowledge from reading, presentation skills, excellent written or verbal communication in English or Arabic, being accurate and organized, diplomacy, reliability, professionalism, concern for a good reputation, time management, basic Microsoft Excel skills or preferably Microsoft Access.
Desired: Sales knowledge from experience, copywriting skills, advertising knowledge, a good eye for detail, the ability to tell good from bad design, web-design basic theoretic knowledge, understanding web standards and their importance, awareness of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C); an impressive, professional, and presentable personal image; correct written grammar and punctuation in English or Arabic.
Job Description: Very simply, selling the company's services by all lawful and ethical means possible, no pun intended. Our services include, but are not limited to, graphic design, web development, logo design, brand identity, copywriting, photography, eMarketing, eCommerce, Computer Tutoring, and Web-Design Coaching. The candidate will hunt for clients and business opportunities on the web and offline whenever possible. He or she will receive all the needed training, information, and materials to be the ideal Sales Executive for our type of industry. They will also communicate regularly and directly with a direct-line manager to report their results, and receive guidelines and updates. They will keep a small table or database of clients, with their names, contact information, date of last contact and its method, and briefs of the results of that contact. Apply only if you are confident enough to start working on a commission-based status for the initial probational period, which is one to three months depending on how often you work and report to your direct-line manager. We will need time to see if you can bring actual results, and during that period, in exchange for the time you invest without closing deals, we will teach you and train you.
